The brief

As a creative collaboration with ArcMedia, Russell Homes approached us to provide a brochure and marketing materials for a housing development in Alderley Edge. Designed by Calderpeel architects, this was a rare opportunity to develop a suite of assets for a sought-after prime Cheshire location. With its copper mines and unique geography, we naturally had plenty of inspiration to get creative.

A chosen name that oozes class and a distinctive logo – which combines the signature Calderpeel roofline and the famous Alderley Edge beacon. The colour red was a nod to the red sandstone escarpment situated above the picturesque village of Alderley. Using these key elements, we created an A4 landscape brochure, with a soft-touch laminate cover and foiled logo. We also created bespoke hoardings, estate agent boards and a minisite. Suffice to say, the unique properties sold soon after launch!
