The brief:
What can we say. An opportunity to create something beautiful for the most prestigious property on the Isle of Man. In collaboration with ArcMedia, Richmond Square Group wanted a premium, unique approach. With the Ballamona estate commanding a £30M price tag, the materials had to be top drawer.

A large, coffee table sales book, filled with ArcMedia’s gorgeous CGIs. With foil-embossed logos, throw-out floor plans, metallic print and papers, encompassed in a luxurious, soft-touch hardcover. That’s not all, other elements were:
- Icon set and screen assets for ArcMedia’s bespoke iPad app that provides gyroscope-controlled, panoramic virtual tours of the rooms and the estate. Alongside this, a bespoke walnut box with marquetry design was commissioned to house the iPad for hand delivery to prospective purchasers
- A series of full-page teaser adverts for national and property press
- A bespoke minisite, showcasing animated walk-throughs and galleries of the estate
- Estate agents boards
- A complete set of premium stationery
