The brief:
In the beginning, there came Solent Lawns. Then along came Solent Shores. Followed by the prestigious Solent Heights. Three distinct property developments on the Isle of Wight, all of which offered a taste of Solent Living. In collaboration with ArcMedia, we were approached to design brochures, hoardings, microsites and advertising to sell the dream of living on The Solent.
We delivered…
Solent Lawns – A unique identity depicting the 14 modern houses as beach huts, a prominent landmark from the local area. An A4 landscape brochure – with embossed beach huts – filled with ArcMedia’s CGIs showing the internal and external views of this stunning development. Seamlessly integrated into the back of the brochure, a space for floorplans for each house type. Finally, a minisite and hoardings to help market the development.
Solent Shores – An illustrated brand look depicting the tranquil waters of The Solent, highlighting the developments shoreline location. An A4 landscape brochure with a foil-blocked logotype on Curious Collection pearl white, metallic stock, instantly giving a premium, modern luxury feel. A couple of gorgeous CGIs – courtesy of ArcMedia – and beautifully represented floorplans for each property type combined to make one of our favourite brochures.
Solent Heights – The pinnacle of luxury. Two contemporary properties overlooking the Solent. To reflect the bespoke architecture, we created a bespoke hardbacked book. The embossed cover, with silver foiled logotype, echoed the architect-designed homes.
